What do I need to do to enroll my dog in Play & Chase?  
Simply call and make an appointment for a temperament evaluation test. Once this is complete and all other necessary requirements are met, your dog is ready to join the team at Play & Chase!

How long does it take to interview my dog?
The average time is approximately 15 minutes to a half hour. However, we allow sufficient time for your dog to be comfortable in a new environment to ensure the best evaluation possible.  Our goal is to provide a fun and safe place for all our play mates.

Does my dog need to be socialized before attending dog daycare?
No, it is not necessary for your dog to have past socialization. That's what Play & Chase will do for you. However, we do not accept any dogs that are aggressive and fail the temperament evaluation.

Will my dog have access to an outside area?
Your dog will have access to an outside fenced in play yard regularly which allows your dog to remain on its normal potty routine.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered for day care and over night care?
We provide a cage free environment for both day care and overnight visitors.  Therefore, Play & Chase requires that all dogs are spayed or neutered that join the play teams.

Is my dog crated during the evening when staying over night?
Our over night visitors are allowed to remain in our play room to sleep.  We provide 24 hour supervision to ensure all visitors are safe and comfortable.  We also provide large sleeping rooms for those over night visitors who prefer a more secure sleeping environment.

How old does my dog need to be to attend Play & Chase?
Our playmates must be at least 6 months of age to join Play & Chase.

Does my dog need to be potty trained before attending day care?
Our staff will be happy to help with potty routines for your dog while staying at Play & Chase. A schedule and program will be discussed with you during the interview process.

Can my dog have some toys from home at Play & Chase?
Many dogs become possessive with their own personal toys. Therefore, Play & Chase does not allow toys during day care visits.  We supply plenty of toys for your dog to play with! 

Will my dog have fun at Play & Chase?
Your family member will have the best time ever!  Our goal is to allow our members to Play and Chase in a safe environment, have a variety of toys to play with and beds when it's time to relax. Don't be late!  Play & Chase is waiting for you!
